The most frequently asked questions about orders

Do we have a physical store?

We have a showroom, which can only be visited at pre-arranged times! Here you can make consultation, try on jewelery, or it is also possible to place/receive orders. The address of the showroom and contact details for signing in can all be found under Contact menu.

Is it possible to order online jewelery?

Since each of our jewelery is custom made based on the customer’s dimensions, we recommend a personal consultation to have the most accurate details. Of course you have the option to place an online order at your own risk, but in this case we are unable to make any warranty of any size defects.

How is the order process taking place?

After making an appointment a personal consultation will take place where the customers can tell their ideas to an expert advisory and we will do our best to help them improve it. When we have the exact plan for the jewelery, measuring the sizes follows, and lastly the order will be placed.

What happens if I change my mind in the meantime and I don’t want to order that particular jewelry or I would like to make changes?

Before the down payment there is no obligation on our customers, they can cancel the purchase at any time. Modifications to the jewelery designs is also possible before the down payment is received. The products that are being prepared or are already done we can only transform afterwards at the customer’s own expense.

How long does it take to create a jewelery?

This depends largely on the type and design of the particular jewelry or, in some cases, whether or not the selected gemstones are in stock but the average preparation time is 4-5 weeks. More accurate time intervals can only be given after the order.

The most frequently asked questions about payment and warranty

What payment options are available and and what is the payment process?

The order becomes official only upon receipt of the advance payment which is 70% of the total amount in any case. It is possible to pay in cash or via bank transfer both advance and arrears.

Can you offset scrap gold?

From time to time we are also able to provide this option. It is worthwhile to inquire before a personal consultation about the option of offsetting!

Is there a warranty for the jewelry?

Of course there is which is valid for 5 years.

What does the warranty cover?

Everything that happens outside the customer’s own fault:
– Possible size adjustment
– Replacing a lost gem
– Polishing
– Etc.

Do we make jewelry repairs, restorations and/or transformations?

We only repair our own self-made jewelry! We are not dealing with restoration and transformation.

What kind of jewelry do we make? Is it only possible to choose from the offers on the website?

Of course not! We try to emphasize on all our communication channels that the jewelry you can find both on the website and on our social media sites (Facebook, Instagram) only serve as a reference. These designs can be ordered as exactly the same but can also be freely formed into a totally unique design which were not found before in our store and we would be delighted to create them. Only your imagination can set limits!

Do we only work with our own gems or do we also take gems that are brought by the customers?

As a gem expert, we prefer the use of our own gems, this also guarantees the originality and quality of them.
